Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Policy Statement

Business Dispatch Limited is an established business offering and providing a range of web-based software solutions to various industries. Our mission is to provide high quality services for our customers profitably. This policy covers all our operations managed from our office in New Malden.

We are committed to:

•	Meeting the long-term aspirations of our shareholders, customers and employees by being recognized as an exemplary provider in our field.
•	Ensuring the health nad safety of our staff and others affected by our operations
•	The protection of the environment including prevention of pollution nad taking actions to mitigate negative impacts of our operations.
•	Developing and implementing an Integrated Management System (IMS) that is externally verified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

We aim to achieve this through:

•	Ensuring our legal obligations and customer requirements are met as a minimum.
•	Identifying, assessing and managing risks and opportunities associated with health, safety, quality nad environmental aspects of our operations.
•	Setting objectives to drive continual improvement.
•	Developing and implementing our IMS, with regular assurance activities to ensure its continued effectiveness.
•	Planning and delivering our projects to ensure that we provide suitable resources in terms of finance, equipment, people and competence.
•	Providing employees with the necessary premises, training and equipment to enable them to carry out their work in a safe and healthy manner whilst delivering client requirements and minimising negative environmental impacts
•	Securing the commitment and involvement of employees in meeting our objectives and policy through effective communication and consultation.
•	Collecting and analysing information on incidents and performance.
•	Monitoring and reviewing the management of IMS and implementing improvement actions as appropriate.

This policy will be regularly reviewed and communicated to employees and other relevant parties as appropriate.
